Job Overview Top ENR GC is seeking a Senior Superintendent for large $500M+ Healthcare builds. The role will oversee all field personnel and drive projects from conception to completion. Benefits Up to $200K Base DOE Truck and Gas Card Bonus Program 20% Incredible Benefits, 401(k) Program Stock Opportunities Relocation paid Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and scheduling objectives are met. Review projects in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring expectations and responsibilities are clear. Ensure all construction activities align with architectural and engineering plans. Manage the interface with the client and all stakeholders. Review work progress daily and provide regular status updates to management. Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations and all other relevant health and safety laws. Handle on-site incidents and emergencies professionally and responsibly. Plan and carry out comprehensive project strategies to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Coordinate and oversee all work on site, including seismic retrofitting, structural concrete work, and ground-up construction. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and is up to date. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction. Proven experience in project management and supervision. In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including OSHPD compliance. Demonstrated experience in ground-up construction, structural concrete work, and seismic retrofitting. Familiarity with construction/project management software. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. A team player with excellent leadership abilities. BSc/BA in engineering, building science, or relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage. HCAI, TI, and Construction Renovations experience is a must.
