The Opportunity Our Resources subsector, a key component of WSP’s ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) sector, supports clients from coast to coast. This division provides a full range of services to industrial and mining projects, including all services offered in the field of engineering from conceptual and feasibility studies to complete detailed engineering in EPCM, to the closure and dismantling of mine sites. Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines for seamless execution. Optimize workforce planning to ensure the right people at the right time. Own project schedules and cost control, delivering accurate, timely reports. Manage project changes proactively, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency. Champion HSE and quality standards, setting the bar for excellence. Represent WSP with confidence in meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions. Respond swiftly and effectively to scope‑related matters. Capture and share lessons learned, driving continuous improvement. Lead or support business development, shaping winning proposals and scopes. Adapt and excel with additional responsibilities as needed. What you’ll bring to WSP: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering Must have at least eight (8)+ years of experience in a consulting environment focused on Mining and/or Heavy Industrial clients and projects Must have at least three (3) years of Project Management experience managing multidisciplinary projects Ideally EIT, CET or P.Eng. designation Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills and team player A self‑motivated individual looking for advancement opportunities Ability to easily interact with clients in a multi‑disciplined environment Must have a valid driving license #LI-Hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
