We are looking for a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to support Gen AI and data initiatives for the Operational Risk Tower within the Group Functions Global Risk Technology team at Manulife. The role involves developing Gen AI use cases, data analysis, and working closely with Agile squads to deliver innovative solutions that enhance risk management processes.Job Responsibilities:Create detailed data mapping and data flow diagramsDocument comprehensive business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsCollaborate with Agile squads for project deliveryDevelop and implement Gen AI use cases to solve business problemsUse RSA Archer for managing risk and compliance processesApply operational risk concepts to analyze and mitigate risk exposureExecute complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformationCreate source-to-target mappings for data integration workflowsUse Azure Open AI and Azure Synapse for AI and analytics solutionsRequired Skills:3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or related roleProficiency in Gen AI use case developmentExperience with RSA Archer and operational risk terminologyAdvanced SQL expertiseStrong experience with data mapping and data flow diagrammingProven business requirement documentation skillsHands-on experience working in Agile squadsFamiliarity with Azure Open AI and Azure SynapseStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with other AI and analytics toolsCertification in RSA Archer or Agile methodologiesMaster’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fieldCertifications:Preferred: RSA Archer Certification, Agile CertificationEducation:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldEmail ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
