We are looking for a compassionate and caring *Licensed Practical Nurse* to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful assisted living and long term care facilities, *Discovery Harbour Care Centre.*

*Location: *850- 14th Ave., Campbell River, BC, V9W 4H4

*Position Details: Permanent Full time - *Day*, *Evening & Night Shift

*Compensation: *Starting at *$32.84 per hour *_plus benefits after probation period_

*Responsibilities*
* Performs assessments.
* Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
* Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
* Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications*
* Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
* Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
* Cultural education and experience are preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $32.84 per hour
