Pay Range Base pay: CA$87,000.00/yr – CA$121,000.00/yr (Based on experience). Variable pay model, including a Fee‑For‑Service option, is available. About Lifemark Harvey Avenue Clinic Located along Highway 97 near the Kelowna Recreation Centre, our clinic offers ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility provides a full rehab gym and private treatment rooms. Services include Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Hand Therapy, and more. Your Impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist you will: Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. Mentor and lead the next generation of clinicians as assigned. Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies. Are you the right fit? Key skills and qualifications: Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Professional liability insurance (as required). Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient‑first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience with concussion or traumatic brain injury, vestibular, and craniosaral therapy training (preferred; newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply). Ability to troubleshoot multi‑factorial pain issues/headaches with potential mental health components. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
