With over 200 points of sales worldwide, we’re on a mission to redefine bold standards in retail.The OpportunityReporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.Your Daily AdventuresBuild a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven Team Members.Understand and maintain own level of Product Knowledge and directly ensure Store Team Members’ knowledge and the ability to communicate it to customers.Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while upholding the highest service levels.Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to impact and drive business.Manage and monitor Loss Prevention.Manage and achieve or exceed Inventory and Shrink goals; oversee Physical Inventory.Directly responsible for the execution and processing of merchandise, both incoming and outgoing (Transfers).Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store meets Psycho Bunny’s standards.Execute all OSHA-related requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Team Members and customers.Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.Collaborate with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.Your Toolkit1-year minimum retail management experienceFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling cultureCompensationThe salary will be determined based on work location, knowledge, skills, and competencies.Why Choose the Psycho Bunny Life?Sweet discount on the coolest fitsRoom to grow in a rapidly expanding brandSurrounded by smart and passionate peopleDiversity & InclusionPsycho Bunny is dedicated to growing a diverse and inclusive workforce.
