Manufacturing Engineer

Base pay range CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr Work Setting On Site Shift Schedule Days. But can be asked to come in on an off shift or work overtime, if the business dictates it to be necessary Responsibilities Apply technical expertise to ensure that the manufacturing process is correctly created prior to product launch Perform hands‑on troubleshooting on equipment and use the 5Y and 8D processes to ensure that the issue doesn’t repeat itself Create standardized work instructions and train production personnel on new processes Complete APQP‑related activities and develop PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and operator instructions Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a facility that has injection moulding processes At least 2 years of work experience as a Process Engineer or as a Manufacturing Engineer A degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, and DOE Experience with continuous improvement initiatives; preference for someone who has Six Sigma or Red X Certification Apply Now If you believe you are an outstanding candidate for this opportunity, we invite you to submit your resume and all relevant information to HCR Permanent Search in confidence to: Please indicate the name of the position you are applying for in the subject heading.
