Merchandise Flow Supervisor, McArthurGlen Outlet Apply for the Merchandise Flow Supervisor role at Giorgio Armani. Role Overview As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team. You will work with the General Manager to support the team on driving sales, providing an excellent client experience, building strong talent and ensuring the store operates efficiently. As a Merchandise Flow Supervisor you will also provide input on merchandising strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to understand the business front line and use insights to improve the store’s performance. You will shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue, and be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. Core Responsibilities Lead by example with integrity, collaboration, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, leadership through ambiguity and change, and results orientation. Manage back‑of‑house operations, driving sales by ensuring a well‑organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices. Execute markdowns, maintain stock accuracy, and manage supplies and facilities. Ensure effective communication across the team. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in retail shipping & receiving management. College/Post‑Secondary degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence partners and motivate team. Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Open availability and flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends. Physical Demands Frequent standing/walking within store environment. Frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs boxes, mannequins & other items. Moveable shelving and doors, stairs and ladders; frequent reaching below/above shoulder. Frequent use of computer for tasks such as garment steaming and sensor tag application. Cognitive Demands Constant communication (verbal & writing). Constant supervision of teams. Constant planning and strategic actions. Constant audit / analysis of transactions and inventory. Frequent administrative tasks.
