ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - East York, Ontario (Ability to work in their project office 5 days a week is a must)In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating different project elements, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.Requirements:-Education: Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.-Over 8 years of experience in the construction industry.-Familiarity with large infrastructure projects, particularly in heavy civil, shoring, excavation, and demolition.-Successful completion of construction projects valued at $50M+.-Strong understanding of commercial contracts.-Proven ability to build strong internal and external partnerships and achieve results.-Advanced understanding of quality, health, and safety legislation, standards, and guidelines.-Demonstrated excellent leadership and management skills including competence in problem solving, team building, planning, and decision making.Attractive compensation package awaits the perfect candidateTo apply for this position, please send your resume to vivian.ramos@trsstaffing.comWe thank all applicants for their interest.
