HSE Coordinator – Services Location: Lloydminster (Part), Saskatchewan, Canada. This role is based at Cenovus Lloydminster, AB site. Position: Temporary, full‑time, 6‑week position with LOA, supporting the maintenance group. Reporting Reports to: HSE Manager. Responsibilities Support implementation of the HSE Management System (HSE MS) by communicating requirements to project teams and ensuring compliance with site‑specific safety plans (PSSP). Manage incident reporting and investigations, including uploading incidents, assisting with root‑cause analysis, and supporting corrective actions. Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance site safety. Ensure regulatory and client compliance by reviewing local requirements, accompanying inspectors, and ensuring corrective actions are completed. Coordinate safety documentation and communication, including emergency plans, safety notices, reports, and meeting minutes. Qualifications & Tools Education: High school diploma plus completion of a college or technical school diploma program. Experience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field. Certifications: Health & Safety certification or safety designation is an asset. Software: Proficient with MS Office Suite and online reporting software. Understanding of HSE MS systems, WCB processes, safety terminology, and general constructability. Other Requirements: Clear criminal background check; pre‑employment drug & alcohol testing.
