About the RoleThe Controller is responsible for the financial integrity, visibility, and discipline of Serv-ALL Mechanical Services. This is a hands-on financial leadership role that owns the full accounting cycle, including payroll processing, while intentionally building resilience across the finance function through documentation, cross-training, and redundancy. The Controller will work in close partnership with a long-tenured finance generalist, providing support, structure, and back-up coverage while strengthening processes and controls across the team. By collaborating with the generalist, operations, and senior leadership, the Controller translates financial data into practical insight that supports margin control, execution discipline, and scalable growth, without creating dependency on any one individual. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a project-based, operational environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and values developing people and systems that scale with the business.
