Head of Product Development Are you looking for a strategic role that combines team management and technical leadership? The Head of Product Development plays a key role at Soucy: responsible for the performance and development of engineering teams while leading major projects. In this hybrid role, your motivational leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities will support project managers and advance our strategic mandates. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic product development projects. Define project objectives, technical requirements, and use cases with clients. Ensure technical quality, budget compliance, costs, and deadlines. Oversee the design of new tracked assemblies. Mobilize and develop teams. Supervise, coach, and develop team members. Support project managers in planning and executing projects. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training. Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec). 5 to 8 years of experience in product development. 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel supervision. Experience in product design and mechanical systems. Bilingualism (French and English) to communicate with partners.
