Overview Base pay range: $65.00/yr - $78.00/yr Construction IT Specialist Onsite in Lebanon, TN (construction and corporate environments) $65-75K, 6 month contract to hire Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications IT Systems and Laptops in a construction or manufacturing environment from both a corporate level and a site level Familiar with construction related software (Procure, Bluebeam, Sage, PlanGrid) Experience partnering with an MSP for IT support and services Supporting both Google Suite and Windows Responsibilities This person must have experience being the sole person responsible or all IT initiatives in a manufacturing environment, familiar with any construction related software, supporting hardware, software, licenses and website domains. The IT Specialist provides proactive and detail-oriented support for our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in managing computer systems, software, and network operations, while ensuring seamless technology support for field and office teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. Provide daily IT support for office and field staff, covering hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and construction technology platforms. Install, configure, and maintain equipment; manage inventory, software licenses, system migrations, backups, and disaster recovery protocols. Oversee onboarding/offboarding, system access, phone routing, website updates, and digital platform monitoring. Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role, within a construction or field services environment. Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments, Microsoft 365, GSuite, and cloud-based platforms. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) Willingness to occasionally travel to jobsites. Familiarity with construction software.
