Stocking Team Leader – London Drugs London Drugs is a leading retail chain in Canada, offering a community‑driven work environment. We are seeking innovative, customer‑focused people to join our team as a Stocking Team Leader. Responsibilities Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening. Maintain the operational requirements of the store and enhance customer service on the general sales floor. Aspire to advance to management in the future, although this current role is not a management position. Provide customer contact and deliver quality service in a fast‑paced, professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow‑up skills; accept responsibility and train others. Exhibit a positive, mature, professional leadership style and understanding of policies and procedures. Supervisory experience is considered an asset. Apply merchandising experience, sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills to excel in this role. Qualifications Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends, Monday through Sunday. Desirable: experience in merchandising and supervisory experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work with urgency.
