Overview Join National Bank of Canada as a Banking Advisor. You will provide a people‑centric experience to branch clients, using analytical skills to offer advice and solutions for personal and small‑business needs. Compensation Between $55,200 – $66,900 per year. Responsibilities Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations. Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for Personal and Small Business clients, covering transactions, investments, personal financing, made‑to‑measure insurance, and estate planning. Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement. Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs. Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules. Training & Development Our training programs use on‑the‑job learning to help you master your role. You will have access to personalized training content on banking solutions, advisory approaches, and ongoing learning opportunities with colleagues of diverse expertise. Qualifications and Prerequisites Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent. Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – if not, you must obtain it within three months of hiring (full refund upon successful certification).
