Role SummaryAs an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), you will provide critical first-response care in high-pressure field environments. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, providing emergency interventions such as oxygen therapy, wound care and CPR, and assisting paramedics and other higher-level providers as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring medical equipment is ready for use and supporting health and safety initiatives on-site. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced situations and want to expand their experience in emergency medical care. ResponsibilitiesRespond to medical emergencies on-site.Provide patient assessment and care according to EMR protocols.Assist higher-level medical personnel when required.Maintain accurate medical documentation.Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained. QualificationsValid EMR certification.CPR and First Aid certification.Ability to work in dynamic field conditions.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
