You’ll adopt a friendly approach and use your analytical skills to provide a people-centric experience for branch clients.This role provides opportunities for development. By obtaining your mutual fund representative licence, if you don’t already have it, you’ll be able to progress and expand your responsibilities, especially by handling mutual fund transactions.Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.Advise and offer suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning needs.Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.Your teamThe branch is open two evenings a week and Saturdays on rotation. Work schedules vary depending on team availability. Candidates must be willing to work within a 40 km radius if necessary. This position reports to the Branch Manager and involves working with a team of experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.Our team values passionate people and bold ideas.
