Starting Salary Band: $60,000-$75,000 What You’ll Do Take ownership of financial reporting, including weekly and monthly management reporting, reporting, analysis, and supporting forecasting activities. Provide support in understanding and addressing variances to forecast. Accurately record and process key account transactions, including vendor invoice verification and entry. Review and allocate costs to ensure precise weekly and monthly reporting and key account reconciliations. Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities, such as aged debtor reporting and follow-up. Actively participate in annual year-end audits conducted by external firms. Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the finance function. Identify opportunities for process improvement to support business growth and promote continuous improvement. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to meet dynamic business demands. Ideal Candidates Are Holders of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field Actively pursuing CPA certification Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software like Quickbooks, Sage, or SAP is an advantage Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Collaborative and thrive in team environments, working well with non-financial colleagues Eager to embrace learning opportunities in a dynamic business setting Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Please note that all employees of Part-Time CFO Services must have access to reliable transportation and possess a full Ontario driver's license to commute to clients not accessible by public transportation.
