Le coordonnateur en acquisition de talent travaillera de concert avec le conseiller en ressources humaines et jouera un rôle essentiel dans notre croissance.Participer à la mise en place d’une stratégie de recrutement, et ce, dans une perspective de planification continue de la main-d’œuvre.Participer à diverses activités de planification externes en acquisition de talents tels les salons-carrières, le recrutement sur les campus collégiaux et universitaires.Afficher et gérer les affichages de postes et s’assurer de conserver une visibilité optimale pour les chercheurs d’emploi.S’assurer de générer des candidatures de qualité pour les postes à combler.Présélectionner les cv en fonction des postes à combler.Effectuer des entrevues téléphoniques de pré-sélection, préparer les dossiers et compléter la prise de références.Coacher les candidats pour leurs entrevues liés aux mandats.Faire parvenir les profils des candidats aux clients.Gérer les appels et les courriels.Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires complété en ressources humaines ou administration.2 ans d’expérience en recrutement de personnel.Attitude axée sur l’atteinte des objectifs.Aisance dans un environnement rapide et changeant.Talent marqué pour la communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues officielles.Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression afin de respecter des échéanciers serrés.Discrétion et sens de l’initiative.Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps.Démontre une facilité ainsi qu’un intérêt pour la technologie. #J-18808-Ljbffr
