Senior IT Project Manager

Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising. Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements. Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures. Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses. Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized. Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.Promote Agile Principles: Champion the use of Agile principles and practices across the program and work to remove impediments to Agile adoption.Ensure Consistency: Ensure that teams are consistently applying Agile methodologies and practices and that there is alignment across teams.Must Have Requirements8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.SAFe certification: along with demonstrated experience leading large scale agile programs.Technical Leadership: Ability to guide junior developers and provide direction on technical issues.Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with senior-level stakeholders and managing high-visibility projects.Nice to Have RequirementsTechnical skills utilizing MS CoPilot, Github, Adobe Firefly.
