Reporting to Senior Manager and Program Director, the ICM Program Manager develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the program, in alignment with RainCity principles, policies and practices. They are responsible for hiring, dismissal, discipline, development, and performance evaluation of ICM staff.The Housing First ICM Program Manager plays a lead role in the program implementation informed by RainCity principles, policies and organization-wide procedures, as well as the program framework; and is responsible for continuous improvement.
