The IT Project Coordinator - IV will play a key role within the Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) PMO team, focusing on portfolio health reporting, governance, and operational activities. Reporting to the Director of ETS PMO Delivery, this position is responsible for providing essential support in project governance, reporting, and operational processes.Key Responsibilities:Operational Support:SharePoint Management: Oversee and manage the PMO SharePoint site, including access control and permissions.Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for team members and contractors.Documentation Management: Develop and maintain ETS PMO-specific guidelines, onboarding documents, and training materials.Timesheet Compliance: Ensure that team members submit timesheets on time and escalate non-compliance.Vendor Staff Performance: Review and monitor the performance of vendor staff working within the PMO.Training Tracking: Track ETS PMO training and manage access permissions for training materials.Meeting Leadership: Lead PMO team meetings, facilitating discussions, updates, and collaboration.Risk and Governance Adherence: Ensure adherence to project risk management processes and governance standards.Risk & Control Partnerships: Collaborate with Risk & Control Governance groups to ensure compliance and report regularly on risk management.Lessons Learned Database: Contribute to and maintain a lessons-learned database for continuous improvement within the PMO.Project Reporting:Project Reporting Support: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project reporting.Status Updates: Generate and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders.Data Accuracy: Facilitate the timely update and accurate entry of data into relevant project management tools and systems.Must-Have Skills:5+ Years of Project Reporting Experience: Significant experience in project reporting and support roles, including working with PMOs.Proficiency in SharePoint & JIRA: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint management and JIRA for project tracking and reporting.Process Management Understanding: Familiarity with process management principles to ensure effective governance and operational execution.Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools to manage data, generate reports, and analyze project health.Required Soft Skills:Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with project managers, teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical details in a simple, clear manner for non-technical stakeholders.Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with minimal supervision.Nice-to-Have Skills:PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credentials.Education:Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in a relevant field (Business, IT, Project Management).Certifications: Relevant project management or IT certifications are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
