This role goes beyond coordination: you’ll own the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle for our integrations portfolio, ensuring that each integration drives meaningful value for customers and aligns with our long-term roadmap. You’ll work closely with engineering, external partners, and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, validate requirements, and deliver high-quality, reliable integrations at scale. Your ultimate goal: build an integrations ecosystem that is robust, forward-looking, and accelerates Botpress adoption across industries. What You’ll Do Own the integrations roadmap: Prioritize integrations and enhancements based on customer needs, data insights, and strategic value. Monitor integration ecosystems: Track provider updates, breaking changes, and new features to guide roadmap decisions and future product direction. Drive approvals & compliance: Partner with providers to navigate verification processes, OAuth approvals, and sandbox access across platforms (Meta, Google, DocuSign, HubSpot, Intercom, Zapier, etc.). Ensure integration quality: Define quality standards, review integrations against product requirements, and collaborate with engineering to address gaps or improvements. Communicate product insights: Provide clear updates to stakeholders on roadmap decisions, development progress, feature availability, and release plans. Own documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for each integration APIs, permissions, workflows, best practices ensuring clarity and ease of use for customers and developers. Identify new opportunities: Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to propose new integrations or enhancements with strong product impact. Proven experience managing API-driven products or complex technical integrations. Strong understanding of OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, and developer ecosystems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product decisions and translate technical concepts into clear narratives. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning product outcomes end to end. Experience navigating provider relationships, partner requirements, and cross-team collaboration.
