Join to apply for the Senior Transportation Project Manager role at Dillon Consulting Limited 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Opportunity Dillon’s Transportation and Facilities technical group is looking for a Senior Transportation Project Manager (Highways) to join our Transportation Engineering – Ontario team. You will work on various provincial transportation projects, including environmental assessments and highway infrastructure design. This role is vital for our Ministry of Transportation, Ontario (MTO) projects and offers locations across Ontario with flexible work arrangements. Responsibilities Project Management & Design Manage transportation engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams. Develop technical expertise across various transportation projects. Lead technical report and study preparations, including EA documentation. Prepare contract documentation and manage stakeholder consultations. Communicate with clients, oversee budgets, and ensure project success. Business Development Prepare estimates and proposals. Maintain and develop MTO client relationships. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to group leadership. Learning & Development Engage in ongoing professional development. Mentor junior staff and participate in professional associations. Qualifications Degree in civil engineering and licensed in Ontario. At least 15 years of relevant experience. Leadership and business development skills. Experience Experience with MTO environmental assessments and highway design. Knowledge of project delivery models and public consultation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong communication skills.
