Responsibilities Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Plan, set up and administer accounting systems Supervise and train staff Analyze clients’ financial records Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies Prepare reports and audit findings Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices Develop and maintain cost findings and internal control procedures Prepare income tax returns from accounting records Analyze financial documents and reports Examine accounting records Provide financial, business and tax advice Assist in planning and execution of financial statement audits Variance analysis Keep financial records and balance accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Oversee payroll administration Qualifications 3 to less than 5 years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Experience with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Ability to supervise and train staff Proactive and initiative‑driven Benefits Dental plan Health care plan Paramedical services coverage Vision care benefits Who can apply for this job?
