As a Key Holder, you will support the sales plan by executing store and operational tasks, leading the front line customer experience, and driving store performance against our brand values. Responsibilities Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues. Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers. Lead exceptional in‑store customer experiences by demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge. Display knowledge of products, company policies, and store strategies. Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work. Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting (10–50 lbs), and operating stairs or ladders as required for store maintenance. Consistently provide the safest, cleanest, and most engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Thrives in a customer‑first retail environment. Ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture. Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication skills; open to feedback and able to adapt quickly. Provides in‑moment coaching to associates. De‑escalates store and customer situations effectively. Available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
