The Role This position offers variety, ownership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities include: Leading daily accounting operations Managing month‑end and year‑end close Preparing accurate financial statements and reports Overseeing AP/AR and general ledger activities Coordinating audits and working with external auditors Supporting compliance and maintaining financial records Partnering with operations and sales to improve workflows Recommending process improvements and supporting financial strategy This is a highly valued role with ongoing opportunities for growth and development. Who You Are Analytical, organized, adaptable, and level‑headed Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills Takes pride in accuracy and high‑quality work Enjoys a team‑oriented, supportive environment Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or currently pursuing 5+ years of progressive accounting experience 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role Experience with month‑end close, AP/AR, financial reporting Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Retail Recyclable Materials & Used Merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
