Why Join Us $95-120K Pension plan for your future Paid vacation Growth potential What You’ll Do Design and develop specialized production equipment Lead capital projects—from proposal through to full implementation; design and develop new lines including robotics, PLC‑driven equipment, material handling equipment, and conveyance systems Assist in commissioning new equipment with minimal disruption to production. Optimize plant layouts to improve efficiency, workflow, and safety. Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and management on specifications, purchases, and project updates. Support plant safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement through TPM, preventive maintenance, and capital projects. Maintain and update mechanical and site drawings using AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS. Tackle technical challenges—reduce waste, enhance performance, and implement creative solutions. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of related experience Automotive manufacturing experience Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SOLIDWORKS Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills A self‑motivated problem solver who thrives under pressure and works well independently If you’re ready to engineer meaningful change, lead impactful projects, and see your designs shape production on the floor, we want to hear from you.
