Permanent, Contract, and Co-op roles Work Schedules: Vary by role and location Job Description Positions Available Electrical Draftspersons Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical systems, customer add-ons, rebuilds, and safety solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory standards. Maintain drawing libraries and support documentation for project execution. Mechanical Engineers Design mechanical systems and components for power generation and industrial applications. Perform technical analysis, calculations, and integration of non-CAT components. Support project execution through design reviews, vendor coordination, and field support. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and customer specifications. Junior and Senior Engineers Lead engineering deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring quality and technical accuracy. PLC programming on platforms like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc. Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices. Automation Engineers Design, program, and commission control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms. Integrate automation solutions into power systems and industrial equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet operational requirements. Project Managers Lead end-to-end project execution including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and customer teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Co-op Program Opportunities Support engineering and project teams with technical tasks, documentation, and research. Gain hands-on experience in real-world projects across various industries. Participate in team meetings, site visits, and mentorship activities.
