Ensure accurate data exchange for job changes, onboarding/offboarding, and employee lifecycle events. Configure role-based access controls and maintain data confidentiality for sensitive HR data. Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and platform architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and implement new features like Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Performance Analytics. Qualifications 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years in HRSD and Employee Center. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, HRSD data model, and portal development. Hands‑on experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors EC or similar HR systems. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
