Prepared and review income tax provisionsManage and prepare completion on annual corporate tax returnsAssist with the completion of tax provisions for foreign entitiesIdentify tax saving opportunities and provide analysis to VP TaxMonitor and analyze proposed or recently enacted legislation, regulations and court cases to determine and quantify the relevant cash flow and effective tax rate consequencesDevelop, implement and explain tax planning strategiesEnsure that all country specific government reporting and regulatory requirements are metEnsure tax balance sheet accruals are properly stated and timely reconciledLead tax audits to minimize assessments within the constraint of the factual situation and tax law, regulations and rulings About You University degree with a CPA designation10+ years of progressive experience with a tax department of a multinational organizationTax planning & strong project management skillsFinancial reporting and compliance & thorough understanding of tax accounting guidelinesExtensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate tax compliance and planningAbility to effectively work with complex legal and tax structuresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective communication skills and presentation abilities Pay Rate $50 / Hour How to Apply Click the “Apply Now” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
