Functional Analyst - ERP (Netsuite / Oracle) Highspring is looking for a Functional Analyst (Netsuite / ERP / Oracle). Responsibilities Lead Netsuite / ERP / Oracle initiatives: implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special projects. Design and refine business solutions and contribute to methodology improvements. Build strong client relationships and help identify new opportunities. Present technical concepts, project plans, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders. Support areas like revenue recognition and solution adoption. Ensure team compliance with project standards and guidelines. Educate clients and internal teams on platform best practices. Participate in mentoring, training, and career development activities. Requirements Must-Have 5+ years of experience with Netsuite / ERP / Oracle implementations, integrations, upgrades, reporting, and customizations. Ability to design and configure Netsuite / ERP / Oracle solutions. Full lifecycle experience with modules such as Multi-book, ARM, OpenAir, or PSA. 2+ years in Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting. Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and reporting. Strong skills in workshops, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Ability to identify functional/technical gaps and propose solutions. Experience defining business benefits, costs, and detailed work plans. End-user training experience. Testing experience (test plans, scenarios, scripts). Ability to travel up to 25%. Nice-to-Have Bachelor's in Accounting, IT, or related field. Certifications: SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, ARM, OpenAir. Strong business acumen in accounting, finance, or operations. ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience. Experience acting as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. CPA, PMP, or MBA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
