Associate – Infrastructure Advisory Join Colliers Project Leaders as an Associate – Infrastructure Advisory, where you will work with a team of problem solvers to analyze and deliver capital project solutions for public sector infrastructure across Canada. Your Role As an Associate, you will support the Infrastructure Advisory business unit by providing critical analysis, transaction advisory services, and strategic support for infrastructure projects ranging from roads and bridges to hospitals, ports, and energy systems. Responsibilities Provide critical analysis and transaction advisory services for a wide range of infrastructure project sectors. Develop and revise financial models. Conduct market research and analysis, including due diligence on precedent practices. Prepare reports, information memorandums, research papers, business cases, proposals, and presentations. Perform commercial and financial analysis of project finance structures and instruments. Draft and review procurement documents, schedules, and benchmarking reports. Advise on alternative financing models such as P3, AFP and other innovative transaction structures. Conduct due diligence and detailed analyses to develop comprehensive strategies. Write clear, concise reports and document findings. Contribute to winning proposals and client presentations. Gain exposure to a diverse range of Canadian clients and major infrastructure projects. Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in advisory or consulting roles for public and private sector clients. Strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and business case writing skills. Excellent communication, writing, and Excel modeling skills. Experience with roads, transportation, buildings, and energy infrastructure is an asset. Experience with public‑private partnerships and alternative procurement models is an asset. Proficiency in procurement documents (RFQ, RFP, Project Agreements) and models. CAPM/PMP or other project management certifications and LEAN/Six Sigma are assets. Government of Canada security screening reliability status or higher is an asset. Positive outlook, energetic disposition, and strong client influence skills.
