This position is based in **Calgary, Alberta.** The **Quality Inspector** will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.**Your role within the team:** To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:* **Oversee Contractor Quality Performance**: Monitor and evaluate the Contractor’s adherence to the approved Quality Management System (QMS), including surveillance activities to ensure compliance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).* **Manage Nonconformities and Corrective Actions**: Track and assess Nonconformity Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs). Proactively support the contractor in identifying nonconformities and verifying the effective implementation of correction and corrective actions.* **Conduct Quality Audits**: Plan, coordinate, and execute quality audits of Contractors and subcontractors to confirm compliance with project QMS and contractual obligations.* **Facilitate Quality Communication**: Serve as a key interface with Contractors on quality-related matters.
