Meet and work with stakeholders, governments, training organization and other sectors. Establish the performance framework, measure indicators and outcomes, develop quality assurance strategies and maintain relationships with program partners. Provide an informed and fully evidence-supported basis for decision making on necessary amendments and improvements to programs and respect program criteria, ensure effective distribution of funding to communities/committee to maximize desirable outcomes, build capacity and ensure commitments set out in the objectives are achieved. Qualifications Grade 12 High school diploma with 1-3 years’ experience in a related field. Good problem-solving abilities. Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work under stress and pressure with demanding deadlines. Ability to work in a politically sensitive environment and demonstrated sensitivity to Inuit Issues. Knowledge of the Nunavut Agreement of NTI’s mission, as well as federal and territorial government mechanisms and NTIs Corporate Governance system. Fluency in the Inuktitut/Inuinnaqtun language is a considerable asset. Preference will be given to Inuit enrolled under the Nunavut Agreement. Starting salary is $98,386.00 per annum (commensurate with experience) a comprehensive benefit package including an employee pension plan, group insurance and vacation travel assistance.
