Senior Accountant – Tax RLB LLP is looking for a Senior Accountant to lead and execute tax planning engagements across a wide range of industries, coach junior team members, and work directly with clients to provide top‑notch service. Responsibilities Lead tax planning engagements for individuals, estates, trusts, and small business owners.Research and apply complex tax matters, including reorganizations.Prepare and review Canadian and/or U.S. tax returns (T1, T2, T3, etc.).Coach and mentor junior team members.Maintain high level of accountability with little oversight. Qualifications 1‑3 years post‑CPA experience.Recent public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.Experience in performing tax planning and preparation for individuals, estates, trusts, and small businesses.Proficiency in preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns (T1, T2, T3, etc.).Experience with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office tools is a bonus.Strong client relationship skills and collaborative mindset.Curiosity‑driven approach to learning and problem‑solving.
