This part‑time on‑site role for a Keyholder is located in our store in Toronto Premium Outlet. The Keyholder will play an essential role in assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives, acting as a role model for team members, promoting the brand’s values, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. The Keyholder will also help achieve sales targets, uphold visual merchandise standards, and effectively communicate with the team to ensure a cohesive retail operation.
