Build confidence and trust with management, employees, customers, vendors and the business communities.Work collaboratively with the Production Manager in project planning, timelines and operational efficiencies between departments to meet customer needs.Mentor/coach Employees and instill/maintain a positive, motivated team environment. Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, high quality work, safety and profitability. Provide hands on work as required to support team efforts. Evaluate and recommend process and operational improvements to enhance customer service.Candidate Requirements10+ years demonstrated leadership experience in operations management within the manufacturing, maintenance or related industry. Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting/budgeting.Positive leader and coach, motivated to mentor and support the training and professional growth of the employee team. Able to guide and engage teams towards achieving common goals.Strong organizational and time management skills.
