Responsibilities Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Collaborate with business analysts, program managers, project managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into high-level technical plans with initial estimates Work closely with internal product teams and developers to create solution architectures and conduct technical design reviews Design single and multi-system architectures for both on-premise and Azure environments Contribute to the development of new methodologies to enhance work process and stay on top of emerging technologies Architect and execute integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems Evaluate and procure third-party applications to meet business needs Resolve complex technical issues with simple and effective solutions Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate design assumptions and produce comprehensive technical documentation Skills And Experience Minimum 7 years professional experience in software development including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role Ability to think big picture around solution design Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams Experience with cloud-native features of Azure and/or AWS Expertise in Domain-Driven architecture Proficiency in Azure Well Architected Frameworks, including reliability, performance, and security design principles Knowledge of cloud networking is considered an asset Understanding of current web services technologies and expertise in service-oriented architecture General knowledge of application security and information security Ability to build technical consensus with team members and management MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
