The position requires an individual who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to emerging priorities in higher education, ensuring that CBS remains a leader in delivering innovative and impactful undergraduate programs. Responsibilities Support college level curricular initiatives such as curriculum mapping and related continuous curriculum improvement activities to track learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and alignment with degree-level expectations. Provide technical expertise in course and assessment design, assisting faculty with course modifications and enhancements. Assist with developing and revising curriculum, resources, and assessments to enable growth in our programs. Provide technical support for curricular changes, support faculty and staff as the expert in course and materials modification within the learning management system, supporting faculty as required with the technical aspects of course modifications and enhancements. Assist faculty and staff with incorporating AI into course instruction, student learning, and academic administration. Collect and compile data for curriculum monitoring, review, and revision in the CBS undergraduate programs. Requirements Undergraduate degree. Master’s degree in Biological Science preferred. Minimum one-year experience in learning and development. Experience in an educational support role is required. Experience in delivering courses or developing training modules either face-to-face or online; including written materials, evaluating and tracking assignments and assessments. Knowledge of developing course assessments and best-practices in teaching and learning. Excellent communication, organizational, research, and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct detailed analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and then implement as approved. Experience with Courselink, LMS, or other applicable software would be considered an asset. Regular office hours, but some evening or weekend hours may be required occasionally for events.
