Role Overview Risk analysis – identify operational, sectoral and financial risk factors for various entities and assess adequacy of insurance coverage. Position risk profile with insurers and negotiate terms for executive risk policies: directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, crime insurance, cyber risk insurance. Specific Tasks Draft presentation documents and data sheets relating to risk analysis results. Draft summary documents of risk placement exercise results. Communicate via telephone and electronic channels with insurers. Interpret and popularize executive risk insurance policies. Related Tasks Gather and review underwriting information from customers. Provide technical support to customers. Follow up on document issuance. Maintain and update electronic documentation for the customer portfolio. Develop and maintain business relationships with key industry players (insurers, suppliers, customers). Ideal Candidate Up to 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or underwriting. University degree (management sciences or economics preferred). Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF (asset). Bilingual—strong verbal and written French and English; work primarily in English with stakeholders outside Quebec. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Customer‑service oriented. Analytical and problem‑solving skills, both qualitative and quantitative. Strong organizational skills. Sense of initiative and curiosity. Ability and interest to thrive in a dynamic, atypical environment balancing order and creativity.
