We are proud to support our client, a leading property management firm, in their search for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee their Condominium Division across multiple sites in the Greater Toronto Area. Our client is recognized for their strong reputation in community management, operational excellence, and client service. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, ensuring operational compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Oversee day‑to‑day operations across a portfolio of residential condominium properties within your region Lead, mentor, and support a team of property and community managers to ensure service excellence and compliance with company standards and condominium legislation Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability Build strong relationships with condo boards, vendors, and service providers, maintaining a reputation for integrity and professionalism Ensure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities for business development, contract renewals, and service expansion within the division Collaborate closely with senior leadership on regional planning, reporting, and organizational improvements What Do You Bring? Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property or condominium management, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership role Deep understanding of condominium operations, governance, and financial management Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing, multi‑site teams Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities — capable of influencing and building trust at all levels Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and execution CMRAO license or eligibility is considered a strong asset Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA #J-18808-Ljbffr
