Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Lead Workforce Coordinator on manpower needs
• Organize applicants in the recruitment tracking system
• Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding sessions
• Keep records of safety tickets for staff
• Coordinate training and re-certification for employees
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience needed
• Civil Construction background preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
