Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing and insurance, with a proven track record of maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Experience with PBS Dealership DMS and First Canadian Insurance is considered asset. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the automotive financing and insurance process, including securing financing, selling aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Work closely with sales team members to identify customer needs and offer appropriate financing and insurance solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and rates for customers. Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding financing options, terms, and conditions. Review and analyze credit applications to determine approval or denial based on established criteria. Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and documentation.
