We’re looking for a Director of Apparel Manufacturing to help drive the next phase of growth at one of Canada’s leading garment manufacturers. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established apparel production facility that specializes in outerwear, uniforms, technical and tactical gear, and private label production for top Canadian brands. With a team of over 200 skilled workers, we are committed to innovation, craftsmanship, and building a people-first culture.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packingLead and support a team of 200+ production staffMaintain a strong on-the-floor presence to coach, problem-solve, and build operational disciplineLead the implementation of ERP/MES systems for real-time visibility and planningApply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate wasteStandardize workflows and improve tracking of production outputHelp create a clean, modern, and efficient production environmentStrengthen cross-functional communication and accountabilityFoster a workplace culture where employees take pride in their work and have opportunities to growWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of leadership experience in apparel manufacturingHands-on experience with ERP or MES systems in a garment production environmentStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologiesA collaborative, floor-first leadership style with strong team-building skillsBonus: Experience with outerwear, uniforms, or technical/tactical apparelEmploymentPosition type: Full-time, PermanentLocation: In person$100,000-$130,000/annuallyHow to ApplyAPPLY BELOW It’s easy Fill in your phone number, email, and attach your resume.
