This part-time position (10-15 hours per week) at our venue involves musical competency and a passion for community building. You will facilitate and enhance worship experiences by leading teams and guiding service flows, aimed at connecting people through music and worship.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the team to design worship sessions • Lead music for weekend gatherings with enthusiasm • Build and nurture volunteer teams for effective worship • Facilitate seamless service flow during events • Engage the community through musical expressions
Requirements: • Proven musical skills and experience • Passion for leading and developing teams • Ability to create welcoming environments • Commitment to weekend ministry schedule • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
