This position will report to the Manager, Marketing (Head Office) and will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of materials across digital and print platforms—from property brochures and investor presentations to digital advertising and signage. If you have a strong design portfolio, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and love bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Role Responsibilities Design and produce marketing materials such as property brochures, flyers, offering memorandums, investor presentations, pitch decks, digital advertisements, email templates, and social media graphics. Event signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics. Internal templates (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher). Use programs such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design national marketing materials, documents and forms as needed. Retouch and optimize property photography for use across platforms. Support eCommerce‑style listing content, ensuring design consistency for web portals and CRM integrations. Maintain and evolve internal brand assets including logos, templates, icons, and visual guidelines. Organize and manage creative assets in a structured, searchable format for team‑wide access. Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and maintains a high level of polish and professionalism. Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and property management teams to support project timelines and creative needs. Coordinate with third‑party vendors (e.g., printers, signage vendors) to ensure accuracy and quality of final outputs. Work closely with site Marketing teams as a liaison to assist with executing initiatives as required. Assist with Primaris branding and marketing strategy in all areas, including advertising, sponsorship, events, charitable and community endeavors. Stay current with design trends, software updates, and industry‑specific marketing practices. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of graphic design experience—preferably within retail, real estate or an agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work with clean, professional design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Familiarity with email marketing tools, HTML email templates, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is an asset.
