Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Non-Dispensing) to join our team at Sandstone Pharmacies Carry Drive in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities Advance patient care beyond traditional dispensing, through collaborative drug therapy management and innovative clinical initiatives Review patient records to assess the appropriateness of medication therapy Identify health conditions that require attention and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider Provide expert consultation on medication dosages, substances, and administration Evaluate the effectiveness of pharmaceutical treatments and adjust as necessary Maintain accurate records of medication plans and patient progress Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Qualifications APA Certification required Injection certification is required Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacist Familiarity with Alberta Pharmacy Professional Services Framework Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Strong verbal and written English communication skills required, with comfort in frequent phone interactions Key attributes include client focus, accuracy, dependability, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, organization, flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical therapy Familiarity with drug administration and health and safety procedures Drug prescription software (Kroll preferred) Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages Clinical service revenue bonus Comprehensive health and dental benefits License and malpractice reimbursement5% RRSP matching Opportunity for career growth and professional development support Practice autonomy Who We Are Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
