Position Overview:
As the CEO you will play a strategic and visionary role in leading this dynamic industrial services business through its next phase of expansion and success. This leadership position offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and drive transformative initiatives within the industrial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion within the industrial services industry.
Collaborate with private equity partners, the executive leadership team, and acquisition targets to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, driving value creation and long-term success for the organization.
Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and performance across all facets of the business.
Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record of executive leadership within the industrial services sector, demonstrating a history of driving growth and operational excellence within a complex, multi-location environment.
Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and a track record of effectively leading transformative initiatives, integration of acquisitions, and market expansion strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and board-level interaction skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and alignment with private equity partners, the board, and internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant executive education is preferred.
