We are seeking a driven, high-energy, and relationship-focused Media & Advertising Sales Representative to help expand CRACKYL Magazine’s network of brand partners, advertisers, and sponsorship clients. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building pipelines, opening doors, and closing meaningful partnerships that generate real results. This position focuses on developing new revenue opportunities, maintaining strategic relationships, and helping brands connect with the North American fire service community through powerful, trusted media channels across print, digital, app, and sponsorship platforms. The ideal candidate understands B2B relationship building, is comfortable working in both B2B and B2C environments, thrives in a proactive sales setting, and is motivated by creating partnerships with impact. Duties Identify and develop new advertising, partnership, and sponsorship opportunities with brands aligned to the fire service and first responder community Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven conversations Create tailored advertising proposals across print, digital, app, and sponsorship platforms Manage a structured sales pipeline — prospecting, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and closing Work collaboratively with the internal team to ensure smooth campaign delivery Use CRM tools to track outreach, conversations, proposals, forecasting, and revenue progress Represent CRACKYL professionally during virtual meetings and occasional industry events Provide excellent client care, ensuring partners feel informed, supported, and valued Skills & Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of professional B2B and/or B2C sales experience Proven success developing new business and consistently achieving revenue targets Hands-on pipeline management experience (not just inbound or account maintenance) Hunter mentality: proactive, competitive, resilient, and driven to build business Strong ability to build rapport, tell a story, and create value-based proposals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiar with CRM platforms and disciplined in pipeline management Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently Media, advertising, sponsorship, or partnership sales experience is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
